Who am I?
My name is Melissa Dakoff and have a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves in their work enviroments. I am committed to supporting employees create meaningful experiences and strong engagement within their company.
Why is this important for organizations to care about?
Employers now face a more targeted challenge. They need to adjust their talent management initiatives to focus on retaining employees with critical skills who are at a high risk of depar- ture and capable leaders who can advance
their companies despite continuing global economic turbulence. Coaching employees meet their potential through fulfillment, purpose and expression creates engaged employees who want to stay with their employer.
How do I add value?
I empower my clients to look at issues from a larger context and determine the best course of action to achieve their goals. I am to help them uncover learning for themselves and become more resourceful and less depend on outside coaches over time. I question underlying assumptions, ask courageous questions and at times say the unpopular to push my clients to move out of their comfort zone.
